brown eyes are seen as ugly because they're less expressive. eg, bright green eyes are very expressive. also colder - while brown are warm - so seem more interesting. nothing to do with race, brown on white people is ugly too. there are lots of whites with brown eyes. stop making things up.

“blue eyes are more expressive!” the fuck? Oh yeah I forgot about the *special* molecules in blue pigment that reflect back a certain light in the spectrum that raises the “expressive” factor in the brain. Or, maybe they’re more “expressive” to you because you were taught to empathize more with those who have them.
Also, in what world does “colder” automatically make something more interesting? Are you a polar bear?
