but Buddhist monks in Burma are the crux of political movements and have been speaking out against government brutality against indigenous people they are right up there you know what they do? They believe in protecting them so much they put their own bodies on the line and don’t tell indigenous people who fight to protect themselves that they are bad or wrong in their love for their families

There’s Tibetan exiled monks that went all the way to Ferguson to show solidarity. Guess what they’re doing? They’re not there to pull some “lets all get along!” shebang they’re telling the police to stop because they recognize power structures and racism
