im pretty sure (for me anyway) that those “every character is trans!” posts are SLIGHT exaggerations but theyre exaggerations that come about from the frustration of trans people being almost completely invisible in media, and whenever we are visible we’re jokes most of the time, or victims, and its frustrating to have to deal with so many people insisting our trans headcanons are not valid because of xyz. in the end you just go WHO CARES IF ITS NOT REALISTIC, whatever realistic even means in this case

if you really think those kinds of posts invalidate real trans people i have to wonder if you think theres an actual limit to how many trans people can exist in any given space, and if you think there are qualifications to being trans because it sure fucking smells like it
