HELP!! THIS CAT NEEDS A HOME
Hi. I live in a rural area in Florida, and that means I cross paths with lots of different kinds of animals. So it was inevitable that I end up picking up a stray cat, lmfao. Anyway, this kitten was chased up a tree by one of our dogs and refused to come down for days. We finally got her down and have been keeping her for a few weeks to make sure she’s safe. The thing is, we can’t keep her. My family has four squirrel-chasing dogs and I’m allergic to cats. So she REALLY NEEDS A HOME ASAP.
I’ve been calling her Spikey for now—she’s anything but. I’m guessing she’s around 7-8 months old, and is incredibly friendly and gentle. She loves to lay in your lap and get ear scritches, or sleep on your desk. I took her into my room for the first time today and inbetween naps, she spent her time looking out the windowsill. She’s pretty quiet, and she LOVES treats.
Obviously, she’s a bit biased against dogs, but she’s young enough that you could probably introduce her slowly. Also she’s not suuuuper accustomed to being carried, but she’s becoming acclimated to it.
Anyway, I am willing to pay for her vaccinations, having her spayed, and for a month of food. I just want her to go to a good home! She’s so sweet and really deserves someone that can give her the attention and care that she needs.
