neir’s very reclusive so she’s very skittish around strangers, humans especially (so being thrown into the inquisition was a little bit of a nightmare), she also needs to be in control of any given situation, or at least know how much of it she can control, in order to not let her anxieties overwhelm her

selfless/self-serving

she’s nice?? and trying very hard to live up to what she thinks is expected of someone with the title ‘inquisitor’. shes doing her best

emotion-driven/logic-driven

her anxieties make making decisions or just doing things difficult so she has to rely on logic in order to get anything done. rarely she’ll get worked up enough to do something purely out of emotion (mostly anger)

forthright/dissembling

in the middle because it depends on who she’s talking to

friendly/unfriendly

ok i know i said shes nice but she comes off as unfriendly, even to people she considers friends because she has no idea how to talk to people. but she is genuinely a huge asshole to people she doesnt know

devout/questioning

she believes in elven gods? i dont know what else to say really

trusting/suspicious

despite how cautious she is shes a sucker for a sob story and cassandra groans every single time. neir has learned to take this as a cue to be more suspicious in a given situation.
