So, my mother has decided the best way to motivate and inspire someone on a depressive downswing is to kick me out of the house.

I will be homeless as of February 1st. My mother has promised to pay a year’s rent if I can find an apartment, but my credit is shit and I’m unemployed right now, so no one will take me.

I’m not asking for money. What I need is a place to stay and/or a job. I have a car, a Masters degree in Urban Planning, and retail experience. However, I also have $80,000 in student loans, major depression, and terrible job-hunting skills.

So, if anyone can help me with the housing or job situation, please drop me an ask. I’d prefer to be in the Philadelphia/central New Jersey area, but beggars can’t be choosers and anywhere will do.
