Nope, but actually she is, sort of. Someone hijacked her picture. Her name is Alicia Crawford, and she actually is a real game designer. She’s working really hard to make game design a less male-dominated field and make it more welcoming to other women, and apparently that pissed someone off so they’re using her picture to spam people.
