My name is Dean and I’m currently a freshman enrolled at the Kansas City Art Institute. I’ve had a really awful couple of weeks which have included: forking up 200$ to fix my laptop, some shitty grades (having under a certain GPA can result in my scholarship being revoked), being unable to finish assignments due to my unhealthy mental state, being sick, and diagnosed with minor, trauma related Dissociative Identity Disorder. It only seems to be getting worse from here. On Friday my laptop’s screen started acting up. This wouldn’t have been a huge deal if my final project for the semester didn’t require the use of my laptop and a properly functioning screen. I tried fixing it myself and taking it to Office Depo, who suggested the cables might been loosened when it broke the first time. Saturday I took it up to the “local” computer place, who were pretty lenient on price, and today I was informed that they’re not sure what the problem is but it might involve me having to send it to Dell to have the motherboard entirely replaced. Regardless to whether or not this is the case, It’d still cost around the same amount of money than if I were to buy an entirely new laptop. 
I really hate to do this but I’m in a tough and stressful situation financially. As a full time, un-employed student with no vehicle who relies on family for a little bit cash every month or so for foodstuffs, I don’t have the money to pay for either of those things as it stands and my family (my mom and her boyfriend who live with my grandma) really can’t afford it either. My solution is to offer some traditional commissions. I’ll both scan and mail the final pieces (along with a handwritten note and extra doodle!). I’m charging 15$ for an entire page of doodles and 20$ for finished traditional drawings (10$ per character) I’ll pretty much draw anything: Gore, Porn, Furries, OC’s, Fanart, Etc. The only thing I’m not very proficient at is drawing mecha.
