I love working at joann fabrics today a guy asked me to show him the fake fur and when I did he goes “noooo… this won’t do” and part of my job is giving advice for projects so I asked him what he was using it for and he looks down at the floor and quietly says “… I wanna make a yeti costume to scare people with when we go skiing…”

I showed this video to my 2 y/o niece last night and now every time I get out my phone near her she says “chicken. song”
One of my all time favorite historical facts is that we have evidence of potters’ wheels that predate wheels used for transport so it’s entirely possible that one day way back in the Copper Age a potter needed to move his potter’s wheel across his hut and was like “…hey, what if we…”
My mom crocheted a blanket, and one of the cats kept trying to lay on it the whole time she was working on it and every time she put it down.
So she used the extra yarn to make him a tiny one and he loves it so much 😭
