kakashis hair is kinda ? limp, but also really easily manipulated bc he almost never washes it so its greasy as hell, and hes always running his fingers thru it so its really messy too. when he does wash it its like, really springy, and sticks out in weird places. when its greasy it still sticks out but its softer. that is my headcanon for why his hair doesnt make any damn sense
