basically, joss whedon remains a huge fucking asshole who refuses to learn (and shuts down anybody who tries to educate him) and how many more racist, sexist, transphobic, all around shitty comments does he have to make before people stop idolizing him and defending his every move?

are you aware that there’s a ton of people who hate communism because they suffered under communist regimes??? what a shocker

like yeah, some people are “communism? bad word bad thing capitalism is the ONLY acceptable form”

but others are like “communism is seriously flawed and hasn’t worked out yet. we need an alternative to capitalism, yeah, but communism isn’t it.”

it seems to be like. something for western 15-25 year olds disillusioned with capitalism to latch on to without thinking critically about it and having solutions to the issues with communism, how to alter it, and how to make sure previous mistakes don’t happen again.
