please dont insert yourselves into discussions about antiblackness. please dont try to compare our struggles to the struggles of the black community. please do not feel offended when black people call us out for antiblackness.
as nonblack people, we have the capability to be just as exploitative as white people, even though we face racism as well. it’s very important to be constantly keeping ourselves in check.
seeing a lot of non black poc speaking up in outrage over the tragedy that is murder of Mike Brown and this case, but as long as we stay silent on the ridicule and general anti blackness present in our own communities, then we’re part of that problem.
Poor guy was [definitely not] beaten senseless. Claims he was beaten “nearly unconscious” then ran around firing his gun in a residential area, but also remembers everything w/ crystal clarity and his testimony should be regarded as 100% reliable, but also he was delirious from the brutal beating and the broken orbital bone— oh that was also complete horse shit reported as hard news.

UPDATE: THERE ARE MULTIPLE CARS BURNING ON THE STREETS, YET THE POLICE AND FIREFIGHTERS MAKE NO MOVE TO PREVENT THEM FROM SPREADING

Just so we are clear I’m 100% behind the flag burning taking place in Ferguson. After everything they’ve been through I’d be upset if they weren’t completely done with the American system that has repeatedly failed them. You should care a lot more for human lives than a piece of cloth.
and right now please think of mike brown sr and lesley mcspadden who have been working so so hard to get justice for their son and please keep them in your thoughts because their fight by no means ends after tonight

Michael Brown’s family issued this statement after a grand jury did not indict Darren Wilson.
no matter what happens tonight do not forget mike brown… never forget mike brown… and don’t forget the people who fought for 108 days to make sure the world knew the cold injustice that happened in ferguson. and don’t forget the other black men and women who face police brutality everyday and never see justice
