Holy shit, just vote no for Narendra Modi. This man is a hateful murderer who’s literally been committing mass murder of muslims in India. He’s islamaphobic and literally the worst and I’m only assuming he’s near the top because white 12 year old boys from 4chan think it’d be funny for this asshole to be person of the year.

Vote no for Narendra before you vote for Ferguson protestors. He deserves to be on the bottom of this list just as much as the protestors deserve to be on top.

none of your faves are unproblematic. none of your friends or family are unproblematic. you are not unproblematic. there is literally no point during the process of learning about social justice type stuff and unlearning internalized bullshit and dismantling power systems at which you magically become enlightened and unproblematic. it does not exist. there is no tangible finish line, there is only endless, arduous work and it’s hard but it needs to be done.
