Upcoming rogue-like, gauntlet running, hack-and-slasher Eitr is already making waves on the scene with its clean, attractive art, smooth combat, and already in-depth skill system. There’s a lot to love, and a demo will be released soon to the public! I had the honor of testing an early build, and I decided in the first three minutes that I didn’t want to stop playing. The combat is not only addicting, but the creature designs are awe-inspiring. You can’t help but admire them right before you plunge your sword in (or fire an arrow through them). The game will feature a wealth of items and armour that will change your character’s in-game appearance. Adding to that, you’ll get to add your skill points how you choose when you level up. I mentioned the recently-popular element, rogue-like, because when you die, you start back at the beginning but not after a roulette spins and chooses your penalty (I suffered an experience loss ;[ ).
