If you don’t know how to prepare dried mochi, it’s easy. Put them in the water and heat it to boil. When the water starts to boil, stop heating and leave the mochi in the hot water for a few minutes. Then it’s done.

You could simply microwave it, but I like this way better.

Today, I ate some mochi with kinako(soy bean powder) + sugar, and grated daikon radish + ponzu sauce.
